CRES Field Trip, Summer 2012

Every year CRES/CRuC/JRI arrange a summer field trip in a different part of the country. This time we are very grateful to Revd. Tim Fox who has arranged this year’s field trip to Bentham in Lancashire on SATURDAY 7 JULY 2012 (10.30a.m.–3.30p.m.). Christian Rural and Environmental Studies (CRES) OPEN DAY This Open Day took place on Saturday 12th March 2011 at Ripon College Cuddesdon nr. Four new CRES graduates for 2010

We are pleased to announce that four more students have now completed to CRES Certificate course. At the annual Residential at Ripon College Cuddesdon we awarded certificates to Chris Halliwell, Caroline Hewlett, Heather Poxon and Andrew Wilkinson. Summer Field Trip 2010

CRES, in association with JRI and CRuC, had this year’s summer field trip visiting Anthony and Sandra Herbert at Whetstone Fruit Farm in Leicestershire. Fourteen of us came from all over the country. After coffee on arrival we  went on a tour of the farm on a trailer pulled by a tractor.  We saw the agri-environmental schemes, the ponds, woods, a brook, and disused railway line.
